Khonti Rhombus Segment Diamond Floor Grinding Discs have 1 metal bond diamond segment with Rhino floor grinding system back plate to fit Rhino floor grinders. The tool is for Rhino floor grinders and is mainly used to remove thin coatings, and lippages on concrete floors, and for shaping and rough grinding of concrete floors to get it prepared for polishing.  The special features of the tool are as follows:

• Segment height: 10mm.
• Available Grits: 6, 16, 30, 50, 70, 100, 120, 200, 400.
• Segment Bond: Super soft, extra soft, soft, medium, hard, extra hard, and super hard.
• The bond and grits can be orderd for you different concrete floor surface preparation Application.
• Normal Color: Blue(Soft Bond), Black(Middle), Red(Hard). Or Customization.
• For Rhino floor grinders/Newgrind grinders.

It is recommended to use a hard bond matrix when the tooling is being used on soft surfaces, the medium bond matrix used on medium hard surfaces, and the soft bond matrix for very hard surfaces.
The use of water in the grinding process will typically increase the life of the tooling as well as provide a more aggressive grind on the surface.
